Raising Capital with

CrowdfundSC

CrowdfundSC provides an alternative to traditional capital sources by connecting SC entrepreneurs with SC investors to conduct compliant, intrastate crowdfunded capital raises.

If you are a South Carolina company looking to raise $1M or less for your business, you should consider using the CrowdfundSC platform to manage your intrastate offering.  We are happy to walk you through the process over the phone or in-person, but here is a high level overview of the process to list your offering on CrowdfundSC:

  • Join as a CrowdfundSC member

  • Request to post an offering in the member's portal (we schedule a time to talk - you must meet the requirements to post an offering)

  • Assemble your deal documents and organizational documents

  • You file the required Notice and filing fee to the SC Securities Commissioner (we provide these forms and instructions as part of our package)

  • We publish an offering page on the member's only portal and message the members with a summary of your offering

  • You connect directly with interested members to facilitate investment.

Note: We have launched in Beta which means free membership for companies and members.
